Premios BAFTA de Televisión 2023
Este domingo 14 de mayo se celebró una nueva entrega de Premios de la Academia Británica, pero en esta ocasión se reconoció a las producciones televisivas más destacadas del 2022. La gala tuvo lugar en el Royal Festival Hall de Londres, y la ceremonia estuvo a cargo de los cómicos Rob Beckett y Romesh Ranganathan. ¿Quiénes fueron los principales ganadores y qué series fueron premiadas?
La celebrada actriz Kate Winslet (Titanic, Revolutionary Road) ganó el Premio a Mejor Actriz Protagónica por su labor en “Soy Ruth“, proyecto en el que trabajó junto a su hija, Mia Threapleton. Ambas actrices, además, subieron al escenario para recibir el Premio a Mejor Drama.
Por su parte, el actor Ben Whishaw (Perfume, Skyfall) superó a artistas como Cillian Murphy y Gary Oldman y obtuvo el Premio a Mejor Actor Protagónico por la serie “This is going to hurt”, aunque la producción perdió el Premio a Mejor Miniserie ante “Mood”, de Nicôle Lecky.
Asimismo, la popular serie de Netflix, “Dahmer“, sobre la historia real del perverso asesino en serie, ganó el Premio a Mejor Serie Internacional.
